Close by the foot of Mount Kronplatz, we’ve lovingly created small yet sophisticated holiday apartments in a modern South Tyrolean style. Rustic timber meets modern design, quality fabrics and larch wood flooring. Sheltered and safe inside solid stone walls, the chalet is embedded in an extensive garden that includes a lawn for sunbathing, sun loungers, a small natural swimming pool and a barbecue area. There’s even a kitchen garden where guests are welcome to harvest fresh vegetables and herbs at no extra cost (in season, and subject to availability). Free parking spaces are available right next to the chalet.
All four of these exclusive holiday apartments at the foot of Mount Kronplatz feature underfloor heating and luxury furnishings, and can accommodate 2-7 guests respectively. Each apartment has different amenities, but all include a fully equipped kitchen/diner area with ceramic hob, pans and cooking utensils, plates and cutlery etc., fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, cafetière, toaster and kettle. The living area includes a flat screen TV with satellite tuner, a radio, sofa, chairs and Wi-Fi. The bathrooms are spacious and fitted out with a toilet, bidet, washbasin, shower and hairdryer. Some bathrooms also include an infrared bench.
We provide all guests with bed linen, towels, tea towels, bathrobes, slippers and cleaning equipment (cloths and cleaning agents). In addition, each holiday apartment includes a spacious balcony or patio with delightful views over the Dolomites and the well-known Rieserferner Group.
You can relax here to enjoy a romantic sunset with your partner, accompanied by a nice cup of tea or a chilled cocktail.

Breakfast hamper
On request, we’ll be happy to prepare you a delectable breakfast hamper each morning, with fresh bread from the local bakery, home-made jams, butter, yoghurt, soft or hard boiled eggs, cold meats, cheeses, fruit juice, and fresh, seasonal fruits. Please place your order when you arrive. We’ll do our best to cater to all your wishes!
Relax in our communal lounge and round off your afternoon or evening in front of the open fireplace, ensconced in our comfortable armchairs, with a drink from our small drinks bar. Enjoy a glass of South Tyrolean wine, wine from our own vineyard in Croatia or a chilled draught beer – accompanied by lively conversations with your fellow guests! On request, we’ll be happy to prepare you a typical South Tyrolean cold platter with seasonal foods.
