Arrival & departure
Your apartment will be ready for you from 3pm on your day of arrival.
On your day of departure, we request that you vacate the apartment by 10am.

Deposit (booking confirmation)
Start your holiday with peace of mind – your relaxing holiday in our Chalet Piz da Peres begins the moment you book an apartment. Because that’s when you can start looking forward to a restful, stress-free holiday.
Send us an enquiry and we’ll return you a personal price quote for your holiday. As soon as you transfer the deposit to our account, we’ll confirm your booking by sending an email to the email address you provide.
The deposit for our “Olang” and “Geiselsberg” apartments is € 200,00.
The deposit for our “Piz da Peres” and “Kronplatz” apartments is € 400,00.

Payment
Please transfer the balance (total price minus the deposit) ten days before your arrival. We will send you a reminder in due time.

Reservations
Your reservation is not valid until you transfer the deposit and receive written confirmation from us.

Final cleaning
Normally the final cleaning is not charged separately.
Please leave the apartment as clean and tidy as possible on your departure. We therefore ask you to put dirty dishes in the dishwasher, not to leave any perishable food lying around and to remove the garbage. Waste separation is possible at Chalet Piz da Peres, there are bins for residual waste, glass, paper/cardboard, plastic, metal and organic waste. On departure, we will take you on a short tour of the apartment. In the event of excessive contamination, we reserve the right to charge € 50.00 for the additional work of the cleaning staff.

Pets
Pets are permitted by prior arrangement only.
We reserve the right to levy a surcharge for extra cleaning if an apartment is left dirtier than normal on account of a pet.

Internet
You can access the internet free of charge via our Wi-Fi.

Child reductions
Children aged 0 to 3 yrs: free
Children aged 3 to 8 yrs: -50%
(Child reductions apply for children sleeping in the parents’ apartment. Prices are based on the child’s age during the actual holiday stay.)

Charging station for e-bikes
Chalet Piz da Peres has a charging station for e-bikes which guests are welcome to use.

No-smoking policy
Smoking is not permitted in the building. Please smoke only on your balcony, patio or outside.

Tourist tax
As of 1st January 2014, South Tyrol charges a tourist tax (local tourist tax, Prov. Law no. 9 dated 16-05-2012). The revenue from this tax is used to expand and maintain infrastructures and services and to organise cultural and sports events. The tourist tax is charged at €1.75 per person (aged 14 years or above) per day. Beginning 01.01.2024, the tourist tax will increase to €3.00 per person (aged 14 years or above) per day.

Parking
There are free parking spaces next to Chalet Piz da Peres where guests can park.

Prices
All prices are listed in euros, as the price per day for the number of persons specified in the respective apartment, based on a minimum stay of 5 nights. The prices do not include the local tourist tax. The listed price includes electricity, water, heating, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, waste disposal and cleaning on departure. Surcharges for each additional guest staying in the same apartment, and for short-term stays of 3-4 nights (per person, per day) are listed separately for each apartment.

Cancellation policy – for when things suddenly don’t go to plan…
“Cancellation” is a frustrating word… for all parties involved. But life happens, and things don’t always go to plan. In such cases, we try to be accommodating as possible. If you cancel your holiday 30 or more days before arrival, we won’t charge you a cent, and we’ll also refund your deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival, we will invoice you 100% of the total price of the package you booked. If you arrive late or depart early, we will invoice you 100% of the total price of the package you booked. Naturally, any money you have paid in advance (e.g., deposit) will be taken into account.

Place of jurisdiction is Bolzano.
We recommend travel cancellation insurance.
